Circumstance Distillery · British Pot Still
Circumstance Cane Ferment No.4
A Bristol-made single-batch pot rum from a wild-yeast fermentation. Funky, tropical, and quietly brilliant — the sharpest end of British craft distilling.

Full Tasting
Circumstance is one of the UK's most experimental distilleries. This bottling comes from Fermentation No.4 — a long, uncontrolled ferment that leans into rum's wilder side.
Nose: overripe pineapple, banana bread crust, cold espresso, salted lime.
Palate: oily and bright at once. Passion fruit, black pepper, roasted ginger and a lingering hogo funk on the finish.
Evidence that British craft rum can go head-to-head with the best pot rums coming out of the Caribbean.
