Full Tasting
Dropworks distil from imported cane molasses on their family farm near Harrogate and mature entirely in the UK cellar.
Nose: green apple, honeycomb, warm pastry, faint English hedgerow — elderflower and blackberry.
Palate: silky, medium-weight, honey and stewed plum, a light oak spine and a clean, slightly grassy finish.
One of the most exciting British rum debuts of the last five years — accessible, but with real character underneath.
